2. How do I personalize my gift?
Choose the product you love and provide the personalization details mentioned on the product page. Depending on the product, you may be asked to upload photographs or provide a name, date, message or other details.
We’ll use these details to create your personalized gift.
3. What kind of photos should I upload?
For the best results, please upload clear, high-quality and original photographs whenever possible.
Avoid blurry, heavily cropped, pixelated or screenshot images, as the final quality of a personalized product depends significantly on the quality of the photograph provided.
4. Can I add a personal message with my gift?
Yes. Where available, you can add a personal message while customizing your gift.
After all, sometimes a few words can turn a beautiful gift into an unforgettable one.
5. Can I preview my personalized gift before it is made?
For products where a digital preview is available, it may be shared for approval before final production.
If a particular product does not include a preview, this will be mentioned in the product details.
6. How long does a personalized order take?
Personalized products require additional time because they are specially created for you.
The estimated processing and delivery time may vary depending on the product and delivery location. Please refer to the individual product page for the applicable timeline.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you through the available contact details provided with your order.
8. Can I change my personalization details after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
If production has not started, we will try our best to accommodate your request. Once a personalized product has entered production, changes may not be possible.
9. Can personalized products be returned or exchanged?
Since personalized products are specially created using the details provided by you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within the timeframe mentioned in our Return & Replacement Policy.
10. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer support team within the period specified in our Return & Replacement Policy and share your Order Number along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
After verification, our team will assist you according to the applicable policy.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods will be displayed securely at checkout. These may include UPI, cards, net banking and other payment options supported by our payment partner.
12. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD availability, if offered, will be displayed at checkout and may depend on the product and delivery location.
13. Can I send the gift directly to someone special?

Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address while placing your order. Where available, you can also add a personal message to make the surprise even more meaningful.
