Return & Replacement

At Love & Feel, every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. As many of our products are personalized, customized or specially prepared for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.

Damaged Product Replacement

A replacement request will be considered only if the product is received damaged.

To be eligible for a replacement, the customer must provide a clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video, starting before the package is opened and clearly showing:

• The sealed package from all sides
• The shipping label/order details
• The complete opening of the package
• The product and the damage clearly

Without a complete unboxing video recorded before opening the package, we may be unable to verify transit damage and process a replacement claim.

Reporting a Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photographs of the damaged product
• The complete unboxing video
• A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the submitted evidence, our team will confirm whether the product is eligible for replacement.

No Return for Personalized Products

Personalized and customized products are made specifically according to the information provided by the customer.

Therefore, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after placing the order
• Dislike of a product after delivery
• Incorrect name, date, message, photograph or other details submitted by the customer
• Minor variations in colour or appearance caused by different screen/display settings
• Issues resulting from low-quality photographs or files supplied by the customer

Replacement, Not Refund

For an eligible damaged-product claim, Love & Feel will arrange a replacement of the affected product rather than a refund, subject to verification and product availability.

If replacement is genuinely not possible, our team will communicate the available resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Important

Please do not open your Love & Feel package without recording an unboxing video.

The video should begin while the package is still completely sealed and continue without cuts until the product has been fully removed and inspected.

This helps us verify genuine transit-damage claims and resolve eligible cases quickly.
